I am trying to import videos via iTunes sharing into an iPad. I have trIed two different apps that accept photos and videos but no luck. The progress bar just freezes. I see videos added but it take way too long compared to when it worked. When I look in the iPad the videos are not there

What apps? Are you describing iTunes Home Sharing, to make your Mac's iTunes library accessible to other computers and devices on the same local network?
Or do you mean direct syncing between Mac and iPad, when you say "sharing"?
I Was using a photo vault app. I am using the wrong word. I am referring to when you transfer material directly to an iPad with iTunes. When the iPad is hooked up you scroll down in itunes to find the apps that allow you to transfer back and forth.
